Our Story
Mixio was born from a simple idea: everyone should have a say in the music at private gatherings, but hosts need to maintain control.
As music lovers and frequent party hosts, we found ourselves constantly juggling between being the DJ and enjoying the party. Playlists would get stale, guests would want to request songs, and someone would inevitably try to hijack the music by grabbing the host device.
We created Mixio to solve these problems. Our platform gives hosts the ability to curate playlists, set schedules, and allow guests to contribute song suggestions in a controlled environment. It's democratized DJ'ing for private gatherings.
